Have you visited our featured publisher display this month? Europa Editions is in the spotlight! In September we’ve been featuring Europa, in honor of its 10th anniversary and the publication month of Elena Ferrante’s The Story of the Lost Child, the latest of her bestselling Neapolitan Novels.
Founded in 2005 by husband and wife Sandro Ferri and Sandra Ozzola Ferri, Europa Editions is an independent publisher that specializes in works in translation. The house translates and publishes literary fiction and high-end crime fiction from across the globe.
Europa’s mission is to bring translated literature to an American audience, to build understanding between different cultures, and to preserve bibliodiversity in the marketplace.
The Europa display will be up until September 30, but don’t worry about missing your chance to discover their titles—Europa books will go back to their regular homes throughout the store.
