We’re doing a true Throwback Thursday today with a year-old event podcast! Award-winning author and Minnesota favorite William Kent Krueger read from his novel Windigo Island in June 2015. He spoke about the issues driving the novel, and gave an insider’s look into crime fiction writing and the “hook and pull.”

Then, he discussed his novel Ordinary Grace, winner of the 2014 Edgar Award, and gives a hint of its upcoming companion book, This Tender Land.
